Back in early 2010 we had to pull many late nights of mad rush t-shirt printing in downtown Vancouver as one of the official t-shirt printing shops for the 2010 Vancouver Olympic Committee.

While the Vancouver 2010 Olympic Committee did print and sell a lot of t-shirts, they were way under planned expectations. 

Why?

Because Nike had brilliantly designed and made their own “official” t-shirt, and it literally flew off shelves. 

It far out-sold the official Vancouver 2010 tees.

Nike didn't sell more t-shirts just because of a cooler print, but because of the quality of their t-shirt. 

It was softer and had a better fit than the more basic generic Vancouver 2010 "official" t-shirts. 

So everybody wore them proudly around Vancouver restaurants and bars.

Normally in the custom printed t-shirt market, really nice, soft and great fitting custom t-shirts are quite expensive when you factor in the set ups, printing and shipping, in large part due the multiple level supply chain.

"There had to be a better way... so we found it." 

That's when we hatched the plan to start producing our own line of high quality t-shirts in-house, and offer them for affordable direct to consumer prices.  
 
So my friend Ivan asked me an obvious question: “do you really think we can take on these billion dollar t-shirt companies and deliver better, more affordable printed t-shirts to end users?”

My answer? "Yes, I think we can." 

Here's how we did it... 

We set out to launch Supergrif Apparel and offer people what we wanted ourselves — high quality custom printed t-shirts at fair prices.

We knew in order to do that we would have to re-think the way things had been done so far.

The traditional way of getting t-shirts printed for your company, school, live event, merch etc… is to call up your local t-shirt printer, who in turn orders the shirts from national wholesalers who themselves order them in from global t-shirt manufacturers located around the world.

What we decided to do was to vertically integrate the whole process and get into t-shirt manufacturing for ourselves. 

By knitting, cutting and sewing as well as printing the t-shirts, we basically removed two of the traditional middlemen in the t-shirt industry along with their large mark-ups. (Only the knitting and dying are currently outsourced.)

Our 100% American sourced cotton knit fabric, along with a large color selection allows for arguably one of the best custom t-shirt alternatives, and this is why as printers we love to work with our own in-house made, 100% “sweatshop free” t-shirts. 

However the way the industry is currently set up and with costs, most organizations cannot afford to order as many t-shirts as they should to spread their brand. 

This was the main driver for us in vertically integrating our t-shirt production: to bring down the cost of quality custom t-shirts so much that we can always offer our customers with everyday fair and low prices on great quality t-shirts & unlimited full color printing with no surprise extra charges.

Where do I choose my t-shirt colors, sizes and attach my logos for the deal?
We work artwork through e-mail. As soon as you have placed your order on this website, go to your inbox and look for our order confirmation email. We will request your order details and art files by reply e-mail not here in this website. Please also have a look in your spam folder in case it may have landed in there.

What is Unlimited Printing?
 Unlike other t-shirt printing places, with us you can print whatever your project calls for and we don't charge extra for a second or third print on the t-shirts or for having more than one color in your logo. So if your logo has 2 colors and you want to print on the front and back, it's the same price. If you want to add as sponsor on a sleeve, it's the same price. If you have a special campaign you need t-shirts for and the designs contain multiple colors you still pay the same price; that way you always know what your t-shirt cost is no matter what you plan to print. How about multiple colors on the front, back and sleeves? It's included - always. That's our difference.

Will the t-shirts shrink after washing?
Yes they will, a little. The t-shirts are made of 100% Pre-shrunk cotton so most of the shrinking already happened at the knitting mill. But preshrunk cotton will still shrink a little bit (around 2-3%) and more so when you put them in the dryer at hotter temperatures. We recommend you wash in cold water and dry at medium temperature. This is a normal shrinkage ratio that you will find in all brands of preshrunk 100% cotton t-shirts.
How long will the t-shirts last?
The t-shirts last a long time. Years. In fact you may want more t-shirts and re-order just because your branding is dated rather than the t-shirts being worn away. The prints are cured onto the shirt and won’t crack, chip or fade. 
How long will it take for me to get them?
7 business days turnaround. Free shipping. So you can expect to receive them in under two weeks with shipping transit time.

Although during the post pandemic years we’ve had some late deliveries - which we are not proud of - due to various out of our control market circumstances, we are fully stocked & staffed and we guarantee your order will ship in 7 days in all orders where you provide us with either vector or high resolution print ready PNG on transparent background. 

Your graphic artist will know how to prepare that. 

If your logo needs retracing or any kind of editing or you request multiple mock-up reviews, please allow a few extra days for us to do that. 

We will send you your t-shirt mock-up by e-mail so make sure that you add us in your contacts so that the email doesn't land in your spam folder. A great way to stay in touch is also to open up a Facebook Messenger chat with us when you order so we can contact you to approve your mock-up.
What size t-shirts can I get?
Our Unisex/Men's t-shirts comes in sizes ranging from S to 3XL and you can get any mix of size that you want in your package. Just tell us what you need after receiving the order confirmation e-mail and that's what we'll give you. You can also mix a few different t-shirt colors in your order to give them a try! as long as it works with your design colors we can do it.
Can my logo have multiple colors or does it have to be just a one color print?
Absolutely! We can print any logo or design in this low cost trial offer, from one color to multiple colors just like in any regular t-shirt order. The only real limitation here is we limit this trial offer to one logo only to allow us to offer you the lowest possible cost to help you try us out.
